Stade Sébastien Charléty is defined by its massive, elliptical ring of seating and a wide, airy roof that rises above the surrounding boulevard Kellermann and the nearby peripheral highway. Inaugurated in nineteen thirty-nine, the site serves as a sprawling multi-sport complex. It houses the House of French Sport, which contains the offices for the French Athletics Federation and the French National Olympic and Sports Committee.
