Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Cathedral (Paris)

The Cathedral of Our Lady of Lebanon stands at fifteen to seventeen Rue d’Ulm, tucked within the grounds of the Curie Institute in the Latin Quarter. This Gothic Revival structure, finished in eighteen ninety-four, features pointed arches and ribbed vaults that define its presence on the street. While it was built for the Jesuit priests of the Sainte-Geneviève school, the building shifted its purpose in nineteen fifteen following the French law on the separation of church and state, becoming the primary site of worship for the Maronite community in Paris.
