Parc François Mitterrand

park garden

The Parc François Mitterrand in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine covers two hectares of land bordering the rue Emmy-Noether. You can identify the site by the vertical cascade that flows down into a basin filled with aquatic plants, a system designed to manage and collect stormwater through a vegetated valley. This public space sits in part directly over the rail line used by the RER C, and a secondary exit from the Saint-Ouen station provides a direct path into the greenery. Beyond the water features and landscaping, the park contains the sculpture titled Tolerance by the artist Guy Ferrer.
