Gadodia Market is a three-storeyed, rectangular building defined by its large central courtyard and the domed pavilions, known as chattris, that sit at each corner of its roof. Built in the nineteen twenties by an affluent merchant named Seth Lakshmi Narayan Gadodia, the structure was designed to serve as both a place of business and a residence.
