Romano sits on the second floor of the Beit Romano, a mid-nineteenth-century stone building on Derech Jaffa. You can identify the site by the double-height ground-level passage that cuts through the structure, which functions as a busy merchants' area during the day and serves as the primary entrance to the restaurant at night.
