Yamamoto Nori-ten in Nihonbashi is a specialty shop founded in eighteen forty-nine, long celebrated for perfecting the art of seaweed. While the shop is currently operating from a temporary location in the Muromachi NS Building while its historic site undergoes redevelopment, it remains deeply rooted in this district, which served as the birthplace of Tokyo commerce.
