Can Vivot

Can Vivot is a noble palace in the Old Town of Palma that remains an inhabited family home. A heavy, unassuming stone exterior hides a sophisticated Baroque courtyard, which contains a monumental staircase and slender columns. Although the origins of the property reach back to the fourteenth century, the estate resulted from the gradual merger of several neighboring houses over hundreds of years.
