Passeig de Sagrera is a palm-lined promenade in Palma that runs for about five hundred meters along the city's waterfront. You can identify the stretch by the harbor views on one side and the prominent Gothic building of La Lonja on the other. While the promenade is a lively thoroughfare today, it was specifically created in nineteen ten to serve the Balearic Regional Exhibition. It takes its name from Guillem Sagrera, the fifteenth-century architect who designed the neighboring merchant exchange.
