Harder Kulm sits one thousand three hundred twenty-two meters above sea level, identifiable by the red-roofed, turreted restaurant and the cantilevered Two Lakes Bridge jutting out over the cliff. It serves as a viewpoint over the town of Interlaken, offering a panorama of Lake Thun and Lake Brienz framed by the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau mountains. You reach this summit via the Harderbahn, a funicular railway that has climbed the steep, forested mountainside since May nineteen oh eight.
