The Roman Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit, or Heiliggeistkirche, is a stone building defined by its pointed arches and ornamental details. Designed by German architect Wilhelm Hector, it was constructed between nineteen oh six and nineteen oh eight to provide a permanent space for the local Catholic community. The church stands as a registered cultural property of the canton of Bern, representing a period when Interlaken was expanding its infrastructure alongside its growing tourism industry.
