Swahili Cafe is tucked away on Hurumzi Street in the Kiponda neighborhood of Stone Town. The shop draws its name from the coastal culture that has shaped Zanzibar for centuries through the movement of traders, sailors, and spices across the Indian Ocean. Its interior offers a space to try local coffee varieties sourced from mainland Tanzania, such as beans from the Iringa and Tanga regions.
