Agua Vista Park is a narrow stretch of public space and fishing pier nestled between Terry Francois Boulevard and the San Francisco Bay. The ground beneath the park is entirely human-made, consisting of fill placed here during the nineteenth and twentieth centuries to expand the shoreline for heavy industry.
