Crane Cove Park

The two massive gantry cranes standing over the waterfront are the signature of Crane Cove Park. Named Nick and Nora after the central characters in the Thin Man films, these towering, rusted structures dominate the skyline and identify this seven-acre site as a relic of the Union Iron Works and later Bethlehem Steel, where ships were built for a century.
