Warm Water Cove Park is a one-point-eight-five-acre shoreline space where twenty-fourth Street meets the San Francisco Bay. The area is defined by a raw, industrial aesthetic, characterized by its proximity to abandoned loading docks, remnants of nineteenth-century manufacturing, and the large, decommissioned Potrero Power Plant to its north.
