Excelsior Playground is defined by its long-standing presence in the community, marked by a dedication ceremony that took place on July thirtieth, nineteen twelve. Situated at the intersection of Russia Avenue and Madrid Street, the site remains a central hub for the surrounding neighborhood, which began its development in the late nineteenth century.
