Joost and Baden Mini Park is a steep, green stairway tucked into the Sunnyside neighborhood, connecting Joost Avenue and Mangels Avenue. It belongs to a network of small pocket parks created in the nineteen seventies, often built on city-owned land or over utility lines that proved too challenging for developers to build upon.
