The Wiggle is a one-mile, zig-zagging route through the Lower Haight and Duboce Triangle neighborhoods that you can identify by the series of quick, alternating turns on residential streets. It connects Market Street to the Panhandle of Golden Gate Park, following a path that avoids San Francisco’s steepest hills. The route traces the historic valley of a long-paved-over watercourse known as the Sans Souci Valley.
