Issei Garden

Issei Garden is a Japanese rock garden designed by landscape gardeners Shigeru Namba and Isao Ogura. Located at the edge of the Cottage Row Historic District on Sutter Street, it features a formation of large stones arranged to simulate a waterfall and a stone wall evocative of traditional Japanese castle foundations.
