Mint Plaza

Mint Plaza is an eighteen-thousand-square-foot pedestrian space defined by a steel arbor draped in flowering trumpet vines. This area was once a collection of service alleys and city right-of-way that, by the late twentieth century, had become a center for urban neglect. The plaza replaced those streets in two thousand seven, serving as a site for public events and outdoor dining while helping to manage stormwater runoff through integrated gardens.
