Esmé Miami Beach is a village of eight whitewashed buildings connected by narrow outdoor walkways called paseos. You can identify the property by its Spanish-Mediterranean architecture, which stands out along Española Way with arched entryways and a modest height that never exceeds three stories. Originally envisioned in the nineteen twenties by city planner N.B.T. Roney, the project was intended to be an enclave for artists, modeled after the spirit of Greenwich Village.
