Plaza de España is a pedestrian-only thoroughfare defined by its rows of Mediterranean-revival buildings, featuring peach-colored stucco, striped fabric shades, and balconies draped in wrought iron. Located between Washington Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue in South Beach, it occupies the eastern stretch of the historic street known as Española Way.
