Circa Resort & Casino

The Circa Resort and Casino stands out on the Fremont Street Experience as the tallest hotel tower in the downtown area, rising thirty-five floors and four hundred eighty feet into the sky. Owned by brothers Derek and Greg Stevens, this property occupies the ground where the Las Vegas Club, Mermaids Casino, and the Glitter Gulch strip club once stood. After purchasing those businesses between twenty-fifteen and twenty-sixteen, the brothers demolished the existing structures to create this new resort from the ground up, marking the first such construction in downtown Las Vegas since nineteen-eighty.
