Jim Deva Plaza is a public square in Vancouver's Davie Village, distinguished by its continuous, smooth pavement that flows across what was formerly Bute Street. This space was built in two thousand sixteen as the city's first pavement-to-plaza project, designed to provide a gathering area in the heart of the neighborhood. A large megaphone sculpture stands within the plaza, serving as a symbolic soap box for free expression.
