Park Place

Park Place is a thirty-five-storey office tower clad in pink granite, distinguished by flush-mounted copper-glazed windows that match the stone’s color. Completed in nineteen eighty-four at the corner of Burrard and Dunsmuir streets, the skyscraper occupies only about thirty-five percent of its site, leaving the remainder for public green space, water features, and a small amphitheatre.
