The Palais des Fêtes stands at the corner of rue Sellénick and rue de Phalsbourg, easily identified by its blend of neo-Gothic turrets, neo-Renaissance gables, and decorative Art Nouveau windows. Completed in nineteen oh three, the building was originally commissioned as the Sängerhaus—a dedicated home for the local male choral society. Architects Joseph Müller and Richard Kuder utilized reinforced concrete for its construction, a pioneering technique for the city at that time.
