The Bains Municipaux de Strasbourg is marked by a blend of neo-baroque and Art Nouveau styles, a distinctive architectural design that earned it the status of a protected historical monument. Completed in nineteen oh eight by the municipal architect Fritz Beblo, the building was created as a temple of hygiene for a rapidly growing population. At the time of its opening, many residents lacked running water at home, and the facility provided essential public showers and baths in the basement alongside its swimming pools.
