Quai des Bateliers

The Quai des Bateliers stretches five hundred thirty meters along the right bank of the Ill River in Strasbourg. You can identify this stretch by the line of historic townhouses, some dating from the sixteenth to the eighteenth centuries, which lean toward one another as if to find their own balance. The promenade is now a pedestrian zone, marked by retractable bollards, that runs between the Pont du Corbeau and the Pont Saint-Guillaume.
