Tour Alto

The Alto Tower is recognizable by its flared, inverted cone shape and a facade covered in approximately three thousand eight hundred glass scales. Standing one hundred sixty meters tall, this thirty-eight-story office building occupies a narrow site that previously held the Saisons office building, which was demolished in two thousand sixteen. To maximize usable office space on a constrained footprint, the architects designed the structure to widen as it rises, with each floor shifting outward to increase the surface area from seven hundred square meters at the base to one thousand five hundred square meters at the top.
