The Lycée Pasteur is easily identified by its long, symmetrical brick and stone facade, which hides a reinforced concrete structure. At the center of the building, a prominent clock tower rises above the entrance, topped with a pediment that displays an allegory of the French Republic. Below the clock, two distinct phrases are inscribed: "When the hour strikes, man stand up" and "The French hour will always strike."
