Passage

The Passage Brady is a two-part arcade identified by a glass-and-iron roof over its western section and an open-air eastern portion. Built in eighteen twenty-eight by a merchant named Brady, the passage originally featured an elegant rotunda at its center. This architectural highlight vanished in eighteen fifty-four when city planners cut through the arcade to create the Boulevard de Strasbourg, leaving the passage permanently split into two distinct segments.
