Le Moulin Blute-Fin

The Moulin Blute-Fin is a seventeenth-century windmill that stands on the hill of Montmartre. Built in sixteen twenty-two, it takes its name from the French verb bluter, which refers to the process of sifting flour to separate it from the bran. It is one of the only two remaining windmills in an area that once hosted thirty such structures.
