The Centre International de Culture Populaire, or International Folk Culture Center, occupies the building at number twenty-one ter Rue Voltaire. Behind its plain street-facing facade, this site functions as an associative hub for nearly eighty different organizations focused on international solidarity, human rights, and social justice.
