The Tours Duo rise as two leaning, dark glass towers that tilt away from each other to form a sharp, V-shaped silhouette against the sky. Designed by architect Jean Nouvel and completed in twenty twenty-one, they stand at the edge of the thirteen arrondissement, positioned where the city center meets the ring road and the industrial railway lines. The taller tower reaches one hundred and eighty meters, making it the third-tallest building in the city.
