Musée de la Contrefaçon

The Musée de la Contrefaçon occupies a private mansion known as the Hôtel Seton-Porter, a building distinguished by its arched windows and an undulating balcony across the facade. This structure, completed in eighteen ninety-nine by an architect named Henry, was itself designed as a replica of an eighteenth-century mansion from the Marais district. It has been registered as a historical monument since nineteen seventy-six.
