Musée de la Cinémathèque

The Musée de la Cinémathèque is a collection dedicated to the history of moving pictures, historically housed within the larger institution of the Cinémathèque Française. While the institution itself is now located in the twelfth arrondissement, its origins are tied to the Palais de Chaillot in the sixteenth arrondissement, where it resided from nineteen sixty-three until the late twentieth century.
