Place Paul Éluard is an urban square located at the junction of the rue Ordener, rue de la Chapelle, rue Riquet, and rue Marx-Dormoy. It was officially created and named in nineteen eighty-two, occupying the space where these major thoroughfares meet in the eighteenth arrondissement.
