Sculptures Bachelard

The Sculptures Bachelard consist of eight bronze pieces installed throughout the Jardin de la Treille in the Parc de la Villette. Seven of these works are small bronze frames, each roughly seventeen by fifteen centimeters, designed to catch and reframe specific views of the surrounding garden. The eighth piece, a larger bronze structure, sits near a pond. When the sun hits this assembly at the right angle, its reflection reveals a geometric composition of a circle, a square, and a triangle, mirroring the master plan of the park itself.
