The Hôtel de Brienne at fourteen Rue Saint-Dominique is an eighteenth-century townhouse designed in the classic French style of a private mansion, featuring a main building positioned between a courtyard and a garden. Commissioned in seventeen twenty-four by the Marquise de Prie and later owned by the Princesse de Conti and Napoleon’s mother, Letizia Bonaparte, it serves as the official residence of the French Minister of the Armed Forces.
