Place Saint-Charles is a square in the fifteenth arrondissement, shaped as a small, sixty-meter-wide open space where the rue Saint-Charles intersects with the rue du Théâtre. It is one of the neighborhood's original features, created in the eighteen-forties when the village of Grenelle was being developed.
