The Parc aux Angéliques stretches along the right bank of the Garonne River, forming a long green corridor between the Saint-Jean Bridge and the Jacques Chaban-Delmas Bridge. It occupies an area that was previously dedicated to industrial use, including wine storage, a flour market, and military barracks. Today, the space is defined by thousands of native trees and plants arranged in strips that run perpendicular to the water, intended to mirror the density and structure of a forest.
