Gröf is a farmstead located in the Skagafjörður region of North Iceland, distant from the capital city of Reykjavík. Its most defining visual characteristic is the Grafarkirkja, an ancient turf church encased within a circular turf-walled graveyard. This small, seventeenth-century chapel features a roof adorned with intricate, baroque-style wooden carvings.
