Gangarams Book Bureau - Since 1977

Gangarams Book Bureau occupies the third floor of number three Church Street. For many decades, this bookstore served the city from a prominent location on Mahatma Gandhi Road, where it became a landmark for generations of readers. The business began its life in nineteen sixty-five as the Bangalore Book Bureau near the Kapali Theatre before expanding into its own dedicated space under the Gangarams name in May nineteen seventy-seven.
