Pecos - Classic

Pecos Classic is marked by the vintage concert posters and rock memorabilia that cover its interior walls, creating a dimly lit, three-story space on Rest House Road. It opened in nineteen eighty-nine under the direction of founder Collin Timms, originally serving as a Mexican restaurant. The establishment transitioned into a pub after a customer suggested adding beer to the menu, and it subsequently became a hub for the city’s retro rock enthusiasts.
