The rectory Jesus (Third Order)

The Rectory of Jesus, known locally as the Church of the Third Order, is defined by its facade of dark, exposed mampostería stone. Unlike the white stucco that covers many neighboring colonial buildings, the masonry here remains visible, revealing the uneven limestone blocks and mortar used in its construction. Built in sixteen eighteen, it stands as the oldest Jesuit church in the Yucatan region.
