Comedor de La plancha

The Comedor de La Plancha is a dedicated food hall integrated into the larger Parque La Plancha, a expansive public space built on the grounds of Mérida’s former Central Railway Station. The park spans twenty hectares and occupies the land where rail operations ran from nineteen twenty until nineteen seventy-four, a period when the site served as the city’s primary connection point for passengers and freight.
