St. Anne’s Church sits at the entrance to the Old Town, identifiable by its grand Neoclassical façade featuring four statues of the Evangelists. Founded by Duchess Anna of Masovia in fourteen fifty-four, the building has survived fire, war, and structural near-disaster.
