The Portal de ses Taules is the primary entrance to Dalt Vila, the historic walled upper town of Ibiza. You can identify the gateway by the two stone pedestals flanking its entrance, which hold replicas of Roman marble statues found on the island. The gate sits between the towering bastions of Sant Joan and Santa Llúcia, connecting the modern city to the ancient, cobblestoned streets above.
