Portal nou

Portal Nou is a fifty-meter-long stone tunnel that climbs directly into the heart of Dalt Vila, the historic walled town of Ibiza. You can identify it by the coat of arms of the Crown of Aragon carved into the stone above the entrance. This gateway serves as a secondary passage into the fortified upper city, connecting the Reina Sofía park at the lower level with the Plaza del Sol inside the walls.
