The Port of Ibiza is distinguished by the dramatic, UNESCO-listed ramparts of Dalt Vila that rise directly above the waterfront. This natural harbour has served as a critical Mediterranean gateway since Phoenician seafarers founded the settlement of Ibossim here in six hundred fifty-four BC. Today, the water is a mix of commercial ferry traffic, fishing boats, and the world’s most luxurious superyachts, all anchored beneath the stone walls of the old town.
