The Minnesota Street Project consists of three repurposed warehouse buildings in the Dogpatch neighborhood, easily identified by their industrial character and the large, open-air atrium inside the building at twelve seventy-five Minnesota Street. Founded in twenty sixteen by Deborah and Andy Rappaport, the campus provides affordable studio and gallery space for local artists and organizations. The architects from Jensen Architects maintained the original steel trusses, exposed columns, and wood plank ceilings, preserving the structures as artifacts of their former lives as furniture warehouses.
